Good thing it is a labor day week, because I have labored and got a few things done...As you all know my washer broke the middle of Aug. and I have been washing clothes by hand and hauling my laundry down to the folkes. Mom has been letting me wash at her house...then I forget to go down and finish and she has been doing and finishing my laundry for me.
Which I appreciate very much. Well, Mom called me and asked me to drive her to Fillmore today and we went to Ropers where she and Dad had arranged to get me a washer and dryer. I couldn't be more grateful.
I was crying in the store trying not to be a baby about it, my parents just seem to know when I need help and always come through..Not only for me but for the whole family....I can never say enough good about them they always show us love , even if it through telling us like it is. Thanks Mom and Dad, its the best birthday ever, and I love you both very much.
On that note though. I took my old washer and dryer out of the bathroom and the washer had eaten up the tiles on the floor...and when I painted the bathroom I only painted as far down as I could reach so I decided to paint some of the rest of the wall....then I got some carpet tiles and retiled the bathroom. Everything looks better and is ready for the washer and dryer... I still haven't figured out why the caulking on the grout always bubbles up....oh well...for another day. I fixed the gate yesterday and put down the bark...Mike the grass guy didn't show up... what a surprise....seems like thats the norm around here. no body shows up when they say they are going to.Drives me nuts..
Thanks for the sympathy Tonya...and your right I do say Im fine, because I can and I am fine..l.everyone has things to do. It just got to me..Its really raining outside now and the lightning is getting closer....bettered get off the electical device...Love you all.Mom
